Shipping & Returns

Fair Dinkum we want you to be 100% Happy with your new Swag, Camping our pet products! That why we have a simply policy.....love it or return it in brand new condition and we will exchange it or refund it for you! (Less Postage/Handling)

It does not matter if you changed you mind, bought the wrong one, bought the wrong size, colour or pattern whatever!....it does not matter to us we want you to be 100% happy!

If you would like to return your products simply email us and let us know, and we'll let you know all the details you need. Then all you need to do is return the goods in their original packaging  in new, unused condition freight paid.

If you would like exchage products we will advise you of any freight to send your new product to you...all this can cost a few dollars so please choose your products carefully!

For refunds depending on your bank or Paypal it can take a few days for the funds to clear!.


Shipping

**Please when ordereing your items delivered by courier ie Swags/Fridges and bulky items it's important that you specify your daytime delivery address (work address or an attended address) this will remove any risk of your item being stolen if left at an unattended address. Swags n Wags cannot be held liable for items once delivered by our couriers and like most companies they will attampt delivery once only.

Swags, large camping and Large Pet Items - Shipping at the moment is limited to specific area's in Western Australia and these locations are listed on the descrition page of each swag. National deliveries will commence at a later date.

Small orders/parcels will be sent via Australia Post. Orders Under $200  - Freight Charge $14.95, orders over $200 $9.95, and orders over $250 are delivered free (excludes swags/fridges/Larger items- these items have a fixed delivery charge and will show up on checkout, please email us if you need more info!)

Transit Insurance is highly recommended for your peace of mind, we use Star Track Express who have consignment tracking for your convenience and although it is rare for any problems to occur it does happen from time to time that items are damaged or lost in transit - Whilst we will always endeavour to assist our customers if a problem does occur it is noted that If you have not selected or requested transit insurance Swags n Wags cannot be held responsible for any damage of loss after the goods have been accepted by Star Track Express


Stock Availability - Products available on the Swags n Wags web site are also on display and for sale in our bricks and mortar store, from time to time we may sell out of an item/s that you select on the Swags n Wags web site, while we endeavour to remove from sale items that are not available this will sometimes occur. If this occurs we will either offer you an alternative product, hold the order if you request us to until stock is available or issue you with a refund/store credit.
